In today’s USA travel vlog, I am sharing with you guys the absolutely mind blowing fitness culture that I experienced during my time in Los Angeles, CA. I have to say that it was one of the most fitness conscious cities I have ever been to in my LIFE! They come out everyday to workout and most of them have made the switch to the organic & vegan lifestyle. The weather in LA is always sunny so the people here make sure they hit the open gym at Muscle beach every day. We talked to a few people who worked out at the Muscle beach and they told us a bit about the Hollywood connection that the gym has, for instance, how Arnold Schwarzenegger started working out at this gym and started a fitness revolution.
