
Ingredients: -1 whole orange (Sliced up) -Chillies -Garlic -Ginger -1 whole onion -1 bunch of spring onions -Soy sauce -Oyster sauce/Fish sauce -White vinegar -Sugar -Salt and pepper -1 Tbsp Corn starch -1 Tbsp Rice bran oil -2 Banana leaf Fish IS and will always be the best possible protein source according to me. Red Snappers are LOADED with protein and low in fat. Now i absolutely love my greasy Indian Seafood curries bursting with coconut and grease and i love indulgent Indian fried fish but when you add coconut and THAT much oil, you're effectively taking away the "health factor" from fish. So today's recipe is a supremely healthy one for every seafood lover out there. Highly recommend that you AT LEAST TRY this. Much healthier (and arguably as tasty) as traditional Indian seafood.
